Shetland Fiddle in the Borders is a group of fiddle players and accompanists who enjoy playing and learning Shetland tunes.
The group meets in a lovely house every three weeks on Monday nights in Kirk Yetholm in the beautiful Bowmont Valley, just a few miles from Kelso. Any fiddlers who wish to come along are most welcome.
The group was formed in the autumn of 2007 with players from the Central and Eastern Borders and North Northumberland.
The number of players varies from perhaps 8 on a quiet night to up to 20+ on a busy one.
